Trestné činy proti svobodě a lidské důstojnosti včera a dnes

Letošní konference bude věnována problematice trestných činů proti svobodě a lidské důstojnosti. Uvedená jednání náleží k těm protiprávním činům, které byly od pradávna trestněprávně postihovány, přičemž způsob sankcionování takového jednání, ale i jeho vymezení jako takové, se v průběhu věků samozřejmě měnily. Tento vývoj lze tak velmi dobře vysledovat. Konference volně naváže na pět velice úspěšných konferencí, které se na Právnické fakultě MU konaly v předcházejících letech. Účastníci konference se ve svých příspěvcích mohou věnovat např. následujícím okruhům: - trestné činy proti svobodě a lidské důstojnosti a jejich stíhání ve starověku a středověku, - zakotvení trestných činů proti svobodě a lidské důstojnosti v moderních kodifikacích do roku 1989, - stíhání trestných činů proti svobodě v ČR a SR v současnosti (např. loupež, vydírání, obchodování s lidmi, zbavení osobní svobody, omezování osobní svobody, omezování svobody vyznání či porušování domovní svobody), - stíhání trestných činů proti lidské důstojnosti v ČR a SR v současnosti (např. znásilnění, sexuální nátlak, pohlavní zneužití, soulož mezi příbuznými, kuplířství, prostituce ohrožující mravní vývoj dětí či šíření pornografie), - právní úprava trestných činů proti svobodě a lidské důstojnosti v současnosti ve vybraných evropských či mimoevropských zemích - zkušenosti z vyšetřování trestných činů proti svobodě a lidské důstojnosti.
